We ask a lot out of our installers and expect everyone to be able to carry their own weight. Below is a list of things we expect out of our employees. The ability to arrive to work on time Be able to read work orders and understand the materials you need for the job Be able to wear construction clothes (boots, hard hats, etc.) Be able to stand/work for 8 hours a day Be able to wear your tool belt/bags for at least 8 hours a day Be able to lift 75 pounds Be able to wear fall protection harnesses and work on roofs of various slopes The ability to carry and climb 24ft, 32ft and 40 ft extension ladders (must also be able to work at the heights of these ladders) The ability to work as a member of a team Be able to be given step by step instructions and to follow them without supervision. Self-motivated Team oriented These are expected out of every employee at an entry level. Responsibilities and duties change as employees gain more experience.
