We are seeking candidates who are passionate about entering the trade of window installation for our Apprenticeship - no experience needed - as well as candidates at other skill levels from beginning to professional tradesmen. This is a full time, W2 position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record At least six months of home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience preferred Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors a major plus General tool knowledge General knowledge of safety practices Must be able to lift up to 70lbs Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions
