401(k) 401(k) matching Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Wellness resources Commercial Installer LB Contract Supply — Madison, WI Full-Time | Field-Based | Travel Required LB Contract Supply is hiring dependable commercial installers for projects throughout Wisconsin and surrounding markets. We install window coverings, mirrors, glass-related products, and other commercial interior scopes on multifamily and commercial construction projects. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, learn quickly, follow instructions, and finish the job. What You'll Do Install commercial blinds, shades, mirrors, and related products. Work from measurements, layouts, and project instructions. Load, stage, and protect materials. Use hand and power tools safely. Work productively as part of a crew. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Take photos and document completed work when required. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials immediately. Communicate clearly with crew leaders and field management. Assist with punch, service, and warranty work. Travel to project sites as required. What We Expect We are looking for people who: show up on time and ready to work; are dependable week after week; can work with their hands; move with urgency; care about quality; can follow instructions without constant supervision; are comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, photos, and communication; can work around active construction sites; are willing to learn new products and installation methods; and take responsibility for finishing assigned work. Experience Helpful backgrounds include:

window-covering installation; finish carpentry; glazing; cabinetry; flooring; millwork; doors and hardware; construction labor; maintenance; or other hands-on trades. Direct shade or blind experience is not required . We can teach the product. We cannot teach reliability or work ethic. Requirements Valid driver's license. Ability to travel to jobsites. Ability to lift and carry construction materials and tools. Ability to work on ladders and around active construction environments. Comfortable working early mornings and occasional longer days based on project requirements. Overnight travel may be required. The Standard We want installers who can be counted on.
