Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window & Door Installation Specialist and play a vital role in transforming spaces with expertly installed windows and doors. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install windows and doors according to project specifications and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to accurately install glass units, frames, trim, and fixtures Perform heavy lifting of materials such as glass panels, frames, and hardware safely and efficiently Seal gaps with caulking to ensure weatherproofing and energy efficiency of installed units Conduct quality checks on installed products, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in, carpentry, or remodeling projects with a focus on window and door installation Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and an aluminum brake Knowledge of glass installation techniques Experience with fabrication or manufacturing processes related to window or door components is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights when necessary Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and handyman experience is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and remodeling tasks Join us to build beautiful spaces while advancing your skills in construction!
