What You'll Do As a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter, you'll take on a wide variety of projects that keep every day fresh and rewarding: Diagnostics & Repairs Engage with customers to identify areas of concern. Diagnose leaks and damage on roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, insulation and gutters. Document with photos, prepare estimates, and review repairs with homeowners. Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with pride. Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and progress. Deliver high-quality work and provide follow-up for peace of mind. Represent First American with professionalism on every jobsite. Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills. What We're Looking For We value attitude and work ethic as much as experience. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and love working outdoors, we want to hear from you. General carpentry skills required. Roofing, siding and/or insulation installation experience preferred. Trailer hauling experience is a plus. Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
