JOB DESCRIPTION

Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors Lead and train crew Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and clean driving record At least THREE years experience installing windows and/or patio doors Experience using a metal brake and wrapping windows Experience installing inserts, full frames, and interior trim Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Previous foreman or lead experience a major plus General tool knowledge General knowledge of safety practices
