Job Description
Window Tint Installer Join Our Growing Team! We're looking for an experienced, motivated Window Tint Installer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, have a positive attitude, and enjoy delivering high-quality results, we'd love to hear from you. Pay may vary depending on experience or ability. Job Duties Install automotive window tint to a high standard with attention to detail. Prepare and clean vehicle glass before installation. Cut and shrink window film using hand-cut or plotter methods. Inspect completed work to ensure a clean, bubble-free, professional finish. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Assist with shop organization and other automotive accessory services when needed. Follow company procedures and maintain quality standards on every vehicle. Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous automotive window tint installation experience is required. Ability to tint vehicles efficiently while maintaining excellent quality. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Self-motivated and eager to continue learning and improving your skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical demands of the job. Experience with paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, or detailing is a plus, but not required. Why Work With Us?
