Company Overview Join a growing, dynamic team dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship! We specialize in residential and commercial glass installation and fabrication. We are looking for hard-working individuals eager to learn a highly skilled, rewarding trade. No prior glass experience is required—we provide complete, hands-on training to help you launch a lifelong career. Job Summary As an Entry-Level Laborer, you will work alongside experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of the glass industry. We currently have openings in several divisions, including field installation and shop fabrication. Based on your strengths and interests, you will be placed in a track to learn how to build commercial storefront components or install custom glass products. This is a physical, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to advance quickly.
Duties and Responsibilities Learn Fabrication:
Work in the shop to assist with and learn the fabrication of commercial windows, doors, frames, and aluminum storefront systems.
Assist Field Installation:
Support experienced glaziers on-site with the installation of windows, storefronts, glass rails, and custom residential glass.
Site and Shop Prep:
Load, unload, and safely transport glass, fabricated frames, tools, and structural materials.
Maintain Workspace:
Keep construction zones, the fabrication shop, company vehicles, and tools clean, organized, and safe.
Master Tools:
Learn the proper use of specialized fabrication equipment, hand tools, power tools, and precise measuring instruments.
Follow Safety Protocols:
Strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines in both the shop and the field.
Qualifications and Skills Experience:
No prior glazing experience required; construction, shop fabrication, landscaping, or general labor background is a plus.
Physical Fitness:
Capability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a desire to learn a new skill.
Technical Comfort:
Ability to read a tape measure accurately and comfortably use basic hand tools.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Martinsburg, WV facility.
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
