Job Description

The purpose of this position is to ensure that the company's positive image and reputation remain intact throughout the installation of our premium windows and doors. This requires daily coordination between the installation team to ensure projects are completed not only on time, but to the high quality we guarantee our homeowners.
The primary responsibilities include:
Execute routine, to complex, window and door installations under the direction of a Lead Installer. Comply with employee guidelines, best practices, and production, quality, and customer-service standards. Read and interpret jobsite paperwork to determine installation requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and address homeowner concerns during the installation process as directed by Lead Installer. Ensure all installation activities and truck & trailer maintenance adhere to company safety policies. Comply with company guidelines about jobsite setup and safety. Submit safety training and timecards in a timely manner. Ensure the overall customer satisfaction at completion of their install project. Complete all other tasks as assigned by Lead Installer, Install Manager or Director of Production.
Position requires the following skills:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work on a high achieving team. Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Appropriate, clear, and timely communication with office personnel and homeowners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Work independently and as part of a team.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to lift and move packages or equipment weighing at least 40 pounds on a daily basis. May be asked to travel for various company events or trainings.
