About Us:
Alaska Insulation and Coating Specialists is a trusted, locally owned insulation contractor serving residential and commercial projects across Alaska. We specialize in fiberglass, blown-in, spray foam, and other insulation solutions built for our extreme Alaskan climate. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in quality work and supporting each other on every job.
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring 2-3 motivated individuals to join our growing team as Insulation Installers / Coating Specialists. This is a hands-on role involving the installation of various insulation materials in attics, walls, crawl spaces, commercial buildings, and more. Key Responsibilities:
Install fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and other insulation materials Prepare job sites, handle materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area Work with coatings and related systems as needed Follow safety protocols and quality standards on every project Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment Travel to job sites across Alaska as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in insulation, construction, or related trades is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individuals Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (including cold Alaska winters) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team Commitment to safety and professionalism Why Join Our Team?
