In this position, you will be a part of our construction crew, installing energy efficiency products for Residential and Small Business Customers. This is an entry level, apprentice position with the opportunity for advancement.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Upgrade homes and businesses with energy efficiency products such as HVAC duct sealing, attic insulation, air infiltration sealing, crawlspace encapsulation, and other energy efficiency products. Installing, removing and blowing attic insulation Perform Diagnostic Testing for air infiltration and duct system leakage. Adhere to quality and customer experience standards As an Attic Insulation Installer, you will work as part of a field crew performing attic insulation removal, insulation installation, air sealing, and related home-performance work. This is a hands-on position that requires working in attics and crawlspaces and being comfortable with physically demanding work.
Must Possess:
Valid driver's license Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation to/from work
Desired Skills:
Construction Experience Energy Efficiency Background BPI, RESNET, and/or
NATE Certified HVAC Experience Personal Attributes:
Customer Service Focused Reliable and Dependable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces and tight spaces Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Able to lift and carry materials and equipment Good communication skills Ability to work in groups as well as independently
Compensation and Position Details:
$16 - $18 hourly wage depending on experience Hourly wage increases based on performance Competitive Benefit Package including medical, dental, and vision 401k available
