Job Description

Marshall Insulation is growing, and we're looking for motivated Insulation Installers to join our team! If you have some experience with batt installation, wall spray, or air sealing, and you're ready to build a solid career with a company that values hard work and rewards it, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Install insulation batts and perform wall spray applications Air-seal homes and buildings to improve energy efficiency Utilize materials and equipment to seal penetration points and prep areas that will be filled with other insulation materials Work in typical air‑sealing environments, including: Attics, basements, and crawl spaces Around windows, doors, and exterior walls Commercial and industrial buildings where air sealing improves performance Work with a supportive crew committed to quality and safety Grow your skills — we train you to become a top installer Load and transport insulation materials to the job site Use tools and equipment (e.g., insulation blowers, staple guns) to secure insulation in place Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE to prevent accidents and exposure to materials Follow industry standards and guidelines for safe insulation installation Inspect completed insulation work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in insulation installation or a related construction field Knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy insulation materials Valid driver's license with the ability to drive large box trucks
Required:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Available to work some Saturdays Physical demands: The physical demands of this role include the ability to move throughout the worksite, handle materials, and perform tasks that may involve standing, walking, reaching, lifting, or carrying items as part of normal job duties. The position may require working in various indoor or outdoor environments and completing tasks in attics, crawlspaces, or other areas where space may be limited.
