Experienced Insulation Installer / Foreman Sun Valley Insulators Phoenix, AZ Job Details Full-time $24 - $28 an hour 16 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications English Driver's License Project leadership Full Job Description Sun Valley Insulators is looking for experienced commercial insulation installers who are ready to take the next step into a Foreman role. If you have a strong background in commercial insulation and leadership potential, we'll teach you the Sun Valley way. After a short onboarding and training period, you'll transition into leading your own crew and managing projects. What You'll Do Install batt insulation, rigid board, mineral wool, spray foam, and other commercial insulation systems Lead a crew on commercial construction projects throughout Arizona (primarily the Phoenix area) Coordinate daily work with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Read blueprints, specifications, and job site requirements Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Sun Valley quality standards Train and mentor crew members in proper installation techniques and company expectations Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site Enforce safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For 2+ years of commercial insulation experience Previous foreman or crew lead experience preferred, but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans and coordinate work with other trades Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable working on lifts and active commercial construction sites Valid driver's license Must pass eVerify Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Fast-track opportunity to become a Foreman after completing Sun Valley's training process Full-time (40+ hours per week), year-round work Opportunities for continued advancement and increased compensation Work with an established company that is part of the Sun Valley family If you're an experienced commercial insulation installer looking for a company that recognizes leadership and provides a clear path to running your own crew, we'd love to talk.
