"Peace of mind, right above you." We are looking for hardworking and reliable Insulation Installers / Attic Technicians to join our field team. This role involves working in attics and crawlspaces performing full-service attic jobs, including insulation removal, rodent proofing, air sealing, sanitization, and installing new insulation. This is a hands-on, physical position for someone who takes pride in quality work and being part of a strong team. Responsibilities Set up protective coverings from entry to attic (floors, walls, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times Work closely with crew members and crew leaders Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Follow safety and application guidelines Use fire-rated foam and proper materials Remove old insulation using vacuum systems and proper containment Install new insulation (blown-in fiberglass, batts, or cellulose when applicable) Properly rodent proof and follow company standards for long term protection Qualifications Construction or labor experience preferred (but not required) Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and hot environments Physically able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team player Valid driver's license (preferred) Preferred Experience Insulation installation (blown-in or batts) Attic or crawlspace work Use of power tools and equipment Understanding of basic construction or home systems

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
