Our Business Development Center (BDC) is the heart of our lead follow-up process, and we're looking for motivated professionals to join our winning team. Position Summary As a BDC Representative, you will: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email, and text. Schedule sales appointments and follow up with undecided buyers. Maintain accurate records in our CRM. What We're Looking For Must be well-spoken and use proper grammar. Strong communication and people skills. Experience in BDC, customer service, or high-volume call centers preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
