We're looking for a dependable Insulation Installer to join our team and help our customers improve the comfort and energy efficiency of their homes and businesses. What You'll Do Install blown-in, batt, radiant barrier, and other insulation products. Work in attics, crawl spaces, walls, and other residential and light commercial areas. Operate insulation equipment, ladders, tools, and company vehicles safely. Prepare work areas and protect customer property. Seal air leaks and prepare areas before insulation installation when needed. Work alongside our HVAC installation teams. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Inspect completed work to ensure quality. Communicate professionally with customers. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles. Follow company safety standards and participate in training. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or related experience preferred. Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical work including climbing, bending, kneeling, crawling, and working overhead. Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
