Insulation and Ducting Technician

This is a great fit for someone with proven residential HVAC ducting skills, looking to work with a leading Home Performance contractor.

Position Focus:

Residential ducting replacement in attics (flex duct and fittings) Insulation removal (blown-in and batt) in attics Occasional insulation install jobs (attics, walls, crawl spaces)

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: $27

• $33/hr (depending on experience) Paid overtime Paid vacation & sick leave 401(k) plan Steady year-round work with overtime during peak season

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience with residential ductwork installation (flex ducting, measuring, cutting, sealing, replacing, ordering parts) Comfortable working in hot attics during summer months Basic knowledge of insulation removal and install techniques Must be flexible with schedule: start as early as 7:00 AM and work as late as 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays) Clean DMV record & valid driver's license (required) Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DMV report Authorized to work in the

US Preferred Skills:

Ability to lead small projects or crews (a plus)
