We specialize in blown-in insulation, batt insulation, spray foam, vapor barriers, insulation removal. Our crews handle a wide range of attic, wall, and crawlspace insulation jobs, with a strong focus on high-quality work, customer satisfaction, and team growth. What We're Looking For We're hiring motivated, hard-working individuals to join our install team. Whether you're experienced or just eager to learn, we provide the training and structure to help you grow fast in the trades . What You'll Be Doing Installing insulation in attics, crawlspaces, and wall cavities . Supporting spray foam projects, and vapor barrier installs. Removing old insulation and performing prep work when needed. Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and cleanly. Communicating professionally with customers on-site. Keeping job sites clean and representing Grizzly Insulation with pride. What We Offer Piece-rate pay structure with high earners averaging $35-$45/hour based on efficiency and job performance. Bonus opportunities for high-quality work. All basic tools provided after probation period. Paid training for qualified candidates. Clear path for growth into lead or foreman positions. What You Need Willingness to work in tight or hot spaces (attics, crawlspaces). Strong work ethic and dependability. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods. Prior experience in construction, roofing, or insulation is a plus (but not required). Must have reliable transportation. Work Environment On the road at job sites daily. Working indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and handling equipment.
