Job Description

Responsibilities include: Complete bathroom demolition and debris removal Install shower pans, tubs, waterproofing systems, cement board, tile, and wall panels Perform basic plumbing work related to bathroom remodeling, as legally permitted Install vanities, toilets, faucets, shower valves, fixtures, mirrors, and accessories Install drywall, baseboards, flooring, doors, and trim Complete painting, silicone, grout, and final finishing Follow approved plans, work orders, manufacturer specifications, and Florida Building Code requirements Protect the customer's property and maintain a clean, safe work area Take progress and completion photos Communicate immediately regarding hidden damage, changes, delays, or additional work Complete projects professionally and on schedule Collect final payment when authorized by the company
Requirements:
Proven experience completing full bathroom remodels Must provide examples or photos of previous work Must have appropriate tools, reliable transportation, and a work vehicle Must carry required licenses and insurance for the work performed Strong knowledge of waterproofing, tile installation, plumbing fixtures, and finish work Ability to read plans, measurements, and written work orders Professional appearance and respectful customer service Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Must not discuss company pricing, suppliers, installer compensation, or internal project information with customers Must pass reference and background verification, if required Position type: Independent subcontractor
