Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented experienced Insulation Foam Sprayer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation to various building structures, ensuring energy efficiency, soundproofing, and moisture control. Your expertise will help create comfortable, sustainable environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in insulation application and construction techniques to contribute to high-quality building outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and ensure proper masking or protection of areas not to be insulated Mix and apply spray foam insulation using specialized equipment, adhering to project specifications and safety standards Operate hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment efficiently and safely Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine insulation requirements Collaborate with carpenters, masons, roofers, and other trades to coordinate installation processes Maintain cleanliness of work area and inspect completed insulation for quality control Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and working at heights Must be able to complete residential retro-fit and new construction as well as commercial projects Experience Prior experience in construction site work or insulation installation preferred Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and mechanical knowledge is a plus Experience with plastering, stucco, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing, HVAC systems, metal stud framing, concrete finishing, masonry or construction painting is advantageous Understanding of fabrication techniques and construction processes enhances performance in this role Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical diagrams and schematics is beneficial Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience required Starting at $1500/week, up to $2000 based on performance (paid weekly) Join us if you're eager to bring energy and precision to the world of insulation!
