We focus on attic restoration, ductwork improvements, and solving moisture and comfort issues in homes. We take pride in doing high-quality, detail-oriented work that other companies don't offer. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking technician to join our team. This role involves working in attics and tight spaces, performing insulation removal, air sealing, ductwork improvements, and installing new insulation systems. Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred due to team communication needs. Responsibilities Remove old attic insulation and debris Vacuum and clean attic spaces Seal and repair AC ductwork Assist with installing or replacing ductwork Blow in fiberglass insulation Install batt and sound insulation in walls Install radiant barrier / foil insulation Assist with attic air sealing and prep work Maintain a clean and organized job site Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer (preferred) Ability to work in hot, confined attic spaces for extended periods Comfortable working on ladders and in tight areas Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Basic construction or insulation experience is a plus (we will train the right person) Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required What We're Looking For Someone detail-oriented who takes pride in their work A team player who shows up on time and works hard Someone comfortable working in tight attic spaces without causing damage to ceilings or drywall (this is a learned skill — we will train you) Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement Steady, year-round work Training provided How to Apply Apply through Indeed or call/text 561-262-0046 to speak directly with our team.
