Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Experience in Insulation Spraying Preferred. Manual Labor experience . Employee will be required to work under hot conditions, in attics, under floors, etc. to install insulation. Must be able to follow instructions and willing to learn. Driver's License a MUST. Pay depends on experience. Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Test. Mon - Fri 6am - 5pm Hours will vary. Some weekends. Average 40 hours a week.
