This position focuses primarily on installing and removing insulation in residential attics, with additional insulation work on new construction sites and existing commercial/residential buildings. You will work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of environment. If you have hands-on experience working in attics, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Install blown-in insulation and fiberglass batt insulation in attics Remove existing attic insulation when required Prepare attics by sealing air leaks, installing baffles, and ensuring proper ventilation Perform general insulation work (walls, floors, ceilings) on new construction sites Retrofit insulation in existing buildings Follow all safety protocols, especially when working in confined attic spaces, at heights, and in hot/cold conditions Maintain a clean and safe job site Work effectively as part of a small crew Requirements Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience installing (and preferably removing) insulation in attics - this is required Comfortable working in confined attic spaces, extreme temperatures, and at heights Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work Basic hand and power tool skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
