Job Description

Installers are critical to the success of our company as they are delivering the final products to our customers. They must install insulation products in a safe and efficient manner, taking pride in the outcome.
REQUIREMENTS
  • The ability to work well with others - your partner, other field personnel on job site, super, etc.
  • Attention to detail - prep truck to work, complete install in a professional manner, clean up job site
  • Check for safe working conditions and insure job site is ready for installation.
  • Complete Insulation work as required per scope, different requirements for completing different types of insulations we install.
  • Ability to read marked plans for areas of install
  • Light equipment and truck maintenance (change oil in generators, replace belts on compressors, etc.)
  • Keep your equipment and trucks clean and in good working order.
  • Reloading of material in truck.
  • Use of PPE per product requirements.
  • Dress to OSHA code - shirts with sleeves, long pants, boots.
  • Must be able to work off ladders, electric lifts, from multi-story buildings or in small confined spaces (attics).
  • Clean Driving Record with a verifiable three (3) year history and Clean Background Check.
  • Some heavy lifting required (moving ladders, scaffolding, bags of concrete, etc.
)
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Monday -
Friday:
6am - Job completed or end of day per crew chief. Saturday work generally available if you request to work. Must be able to travel throughout Florida and bordering states. Overnight Travel Ability Required. Possible 1-4 nights per week out of town.
