If you take pride in airflow, layout, and doing the job right the first time, this is where you want to be. We're building a dedicated duct crew focused strictly on: Full duct system replacements Airflow redesigns High-quality attic work (done clean and efficiently) What You'll Do Remove and replace full duct systems (flex) Design and install proper duct layouts Seal, strap, and insulate to code (and beyond) Work in attics, tight spaces, and Tampa heat Communicate with install coordinator and sales team for clean handoffs Represent the company professionally in customers' homes What We're Looking For 2+ years of residential HVAC ductwork experience Ability to run a job (for Lead) or support efficiently (for Helper) Strong understanding of: Airflow basics Clean, organized install habits (this matters here) Valid driver's license (Lead role)
