What You'll Be Doing Installing blown-in fiberglass insulation Installing blown-in cellulose insulation Installing radiant barrier systems in attics Attic insulation removal and cleanup Attic ventilation improvements Loading, unloading, and transporting materials Working safely in attic environments and roof spaces Maintaining clean and organized job sites Providing excellent customer service and professionalism Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Insulation installation Radiant barrier installation Attic restoration and insulation removal HVAC systems Roofing Construction Home improvement or remodeling General labor with hand and power tools What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Positive attitude and team-player mentality Physically capable of working in hot attic environments Able to lift and carry heavy materials Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces Motivated to learn and grow with the company Professional appearance and pleasant customer interaction Honest, dependable, and trustworthy Requirements ✅ Previous insulation or related construction experience preferred ✅ Valid driver's license ✅ Reliable transportation (truck or high-top van preferred) ✅ Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties ✅ Must be punctual and dependable ✅ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Company Standards Magic Touch Roof Care is committed to maintaining a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
