Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Spray Foam Installer to join our team and drive excellence in insulation installation projects. As a Lead Installer, you will oversee the application of spray foam insulation, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project execution. Your expertise will guide and mentor crew members, coordinate with project managers, and uphold the company's standards for craftsmanship and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team in delivering energy-efficient insulation solutions across diverse construction sites. Responsibilities Lead and supervise spray foam installation teams on various construction sites, ensuring timely and accurate application of insulation materials. Prepare surfaces and substrates by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed before foam application. Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, including airless paint sprayers and mechanical systems, ensuring proper calibration and safety procedures. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications and installation requirements. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate schedules, materials, and site logistics. Conduct quality control inspections to verify proper insulation coverage, adherence to specifications, and safety standards. Train team members on best practices for spray foam application, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents for project records. Experience
MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Proven experience in construction site work or subcontract work with a focus on insulation installation or related trades such as carpentry, roofing, or masonry. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with building codes related to insulation, fire safety standards, and environmental regulations. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems or metal stud framing is a plus. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately. Prior leadership experience in a construction environment is highly desirable.
