Honolulu, HI. Projects are based on Oahu and statewide. Occasional employer-paid travel to outer island job sites may be required. Eco Foam Hawaii is a spray foam insulation provider headquartered on Maui and serving projects across Hawaii. We help homeowners, builders, and property owners improve comfort, energy efficiency, moisture control, and noise reduction through high-quality spray foam insulation solutions. Eco Foam Hawai i is hiring an experienced Foam Insulation Installer for residential and specialty insulation projects on Oahu and across the state. This is a hands-on role for someone with spray foam experience who understands jobsite safety, quality workmanship, and working efficiently in attics, crawlspaces, tight spaces, and warm environments. Key Responsibilities Install spray foam insulation in residential, retrofit, ceiling, wall, attic, crawlspace, and specialty applications. Prepare work areas, protect jobsite surfaces, and maintain clean, organized equipment and materials. Operate and maintain spray foam equipment safely and according to company standards. Lead and direct laborers and spray apprentices on-site, including assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and keeping the crew organized and productive. Assist with loading, unloading, setup, cleanup, and jobsite coordination. Follow safety procedures, including PPE and respirator requirements. Support team members and maintain a professional customer experience on every project. Qualifications Previous spray foam insulation installation experience required. Ability to safely perform physical job duties in attics, crawlspaces, warm environments, and active construction settings. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass an employer-paid respirator fit test as part of onboarding. Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Experience and competency working with Graco Fusion AP Guns. Experience and competency working with pressurized air systems. Pay and Benefits Full-time, W-2 employment Pay:
