Insulation Installer

This position is for a Spray Foam Insulation Tech/Installer based in Fairbury and the surrounding market (Bloomington, Champaign, & Kankakee). We are looking for someone who loves to make work fun and works hard. The right candidate will lead a crew while also managing projects from beginning to end. Experience in Construction is preferred; spray foam insulation experience is a BONUS! $20 - $35 hourly

Responsibilities:

This position requires all aspects of the spray foam install process: Loading the correct materials for the job Strategizing an efficient install Install properly and neatly Cleaning up the job site Maintaining equipment Communicating effectively with customers and team members, etc. Therefore, one must have a track record of quality work and management skills while also building the camaraderie of the team.
