Job Description

This position is for a Spray Foam Insulation Tech/Installer based in Fairbury and the surrounding market (Bloomington, Champaign, & Kankakee). We are looking for someone who loves to make work fun and works hard. The right candidate will lead a crew while also managing projects from beginning to end. Experience in Construction is preferred; spray foam insulation experience is a BONUS! Insulation Installer Spray Foam Installers Fiberglass Installer Spray Foam Tech Lead Insulation Installer Operations Manager Compensation:
$20 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
This position requires all aspects of the spray foam install process: Loading the correct materials for the job Strategizing an efficient install Install properly and neatly Cleaning up the job site Maintaining equipment Communicating effectively with customers and team members, etc. Therefore, one must have a track record of quality work and management skills while also building the camaraderie of the team.
Qualifications:
One must also: Be committed to the team and the job at hand Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals Have ample construction knowledge Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable Some experience using construction equipment, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is highly preferred Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training This work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance High school diploma or GED preferred Needs to be good at following directions and completing tasks, both independently and on a team About Company Why You'll Love Working Here Collaborative team environment where your work directly supports our growth.
