In this energetic role, you will operate spray foam equipment to insulate residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and superior quality. Your expertise will contribute to creating comfortable, sustainable spaces while honing your skills in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Duties Operate spray foam equipment accurately to apply insulation materials according to project specifications and schematics Prepare surfaces and substrates by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Read blueprints and schematics to determine proper application areas and techniques for each project Use hand tools and power tools for surface prep, minor repairs, or fabrication tasks related to insulation installation Assist with site setup, including staging materials, securing work areas, and maintaining safety protocols Conduct quality checks during application to ensure consistent coverage, proper thickness, and adherence to standards Collaborate with team members such as carpenters, roofers, HVAC technicians, and masons to coordinate tasks effectively Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or related fields such as roofing, framing, masonry, or drywall installation is highly desirable Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., knives, scrapers) and power tools (e.g., spray guns, drills) used in insulation installation and fabrication Mechanical knowledge of spray foam equipment operation and maintenance is a plus Knowledge of building materials including stucco, caulking compounds, trim carpentry elements, metal stud framing, concrete finishing techniques, and airless paint spraying methods Ability to read technical diagrams related to HVAC systems or mechanical schematics for precise application Strong attention to detail with excellent safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards Join us in delivering high-quality insulation solutions that improve energy efficiency while building your skills in a vibrant construction environment!
