$25.00 - $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full-time | Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed About the Opportunity Are you a skilled insulation professional looking for a stable, year-round opportunity with a company that values your craftsmanship? We're seeking an Experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician who knows their way around both Spray Foam and Batt Insulation applications. If you take pride in precision work, safety, and efficiency — we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Apply Spray Foam Insulation in residential and commercial settings Install Batt insulation in attics, walls, crawlspaces, and basements Prepare, load, and maintain trucks and equipment daily Operate insulation machinery safely and efficiently Pull and maneuver trailers with company equipment between job sites Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean job site What We're Looking For Experience required: 2-3+ years with Spray Foam and Batt Insulation Valid driver's license (REQUIRED) and a clean driving record (Insurable) Ability to pull a trailer confidently and safely Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $25-$33 per hour, depending on experience Consistent work Paid training opportunities and potential for advancement Supportive team environment and modern equipment
