Since that time, we have grown to be a leader in the mechanical insulation industry here in Indiana. We are a family-owned company striving to provide the best environment for our employees and customers. About the Position As an entry level Estimator, you will begin your journey of learning how to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial mechanical insulation projects. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to help secure profitable work. Primary Responsibilities Learn to review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents Learn and prepare takeoffs for mechanical insulation systems, including piping, ductwork, and equipment Identify labor, material, equipment, and travel costs Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits, as needed Coordinate with project management and operations teams during bid preparation and project handoff Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and general contractors Monitor job performance and identify opportunities for improvement Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet strict deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Ability to multi-task, think independently, and be an expert problem solver Benefits Salary $50,000 - $60,000 Health, dental, and vision benefits 401K plan, with company match Paid Holidays and Vacation Casual work environment that promotes work-life balance.
