It's physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic — but for the right person, it's extremely rewarding. ________________________________ Job Responsibilities Install attic insulation in residential homes Complete prep work before insulation is blown Learn to operate and maintain insulation equipment (hopper) Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain quality, efficiency, and attention to detail Follow scheduled workdays (Monday-Saturday) ________________________________ Requirements Willing to travel and live out of state beginning in May until the end of summer Comfortable working in hot conditions and tight spaces Flexible with scheduling changes Strong communication skills Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Pass a Criminal background check Pass a Drug test ________________________________ Experience Construction or field experience preferred but NOT required We provide full training — bring the attitude, we'll teach the skills ________________________________
