Ready to seal, insulate, and elevate? Do you take pride in precise installs? Are you comfortable in attics, basements, and crawl spaces? Can you deliver great work on a tight schedule while keeping safety first? If yes, you might be the Thermal Insulation Applicator we're looking for at Total Home Performance. Role focus Install spray foam and blown-in insulation per specifications in both residential and commercial settings. Operate proportioners, hoses, compressors, and common construction tools effectively. Keep sites organized; maintain equipment in excellent working order. Balance speed with quality to finish projects efficiently and on time. Provide courteous, professional customer service at every jobsite. Work independently or with a crew; travel and overtime as projects demand. Follow safety protocols rigorously and support teammates. Own the outcome—do it right the first time and leave the site spotless. Must-haves Experience with spray foam preferred; strong backgrounds in painting, insulation, restoration, carpentry, roofing, or similar trades strongly considered. Experienced painters welcome! Detail orientation, resourcefulness, and strong learning retention. Ability to wear a respirator and PPE, crawl/kneel/crouch, climb ladders, and lift 50-75 lbs. Comfort in hot/cold, dark/enclosed, and wet/dry environments. Valid driver's license. Must be able to read and write English. Work authorization Current US Work Authorization.
