Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our spray foam insulation team. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Prepare homes and buildings by masking and protecting surfaces with plastic and tape. Assist with and perform spray foam insulation installation. Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment. Work in attics, crawl spaces, new construction, and existing homes. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Operate hand and power tools as needed. Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly. Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and other areas insulation may be. Willingness to work in varying temperatures and job site conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Construction or insulation experience is a plus but not required. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
