This is a hands-on role focused on quality workmanship, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. You'll work under an experienced Crew Chief, performing insulation installations in residential and light commercial homes. What You'll Do:

Job Execution Perform high-quality insulation installation following company standards Assist with job setup, installation, and cleanup Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently Follow job plans and direction from the Crew Chief Teamwork Work closely with the Crew Chief and other installers Maintain a positive, professional attitude on job sites Support teammates to complete jobs safely and on time Equipment & Materials Load and unload tools and materials Handle equipment responsibly and report issues promptly Customer Interaction Represent the company professionally at all times Help create a positive customer experience through quality work Safety Follow all safety procedures and job-site protocols Properly use PPE at all times Communicate any safety concerns immediately What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Comfortable with physical work and job-site environments Willingness to learn and follow instructions Team-oriented mindset Commitment to safety and quality Construction or insulation experience is helpful but not required, we will train the right person.
