Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insulation Assistant / Insulation Lead, where you'll play a vital role in delivering top-quality insulation solutions across diverse construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and utilize your skills in insulation installation, site management, and team leadership. Whether assisting with hands-on tasks or leading a crew, you'll contribute to creating energy-efficient, comfortable spaces while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. Duties Assist with the installation of various insulation materials, including spray foam, fiberglass batts, cellulose and fiberglass blow-in, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards Operate tools to facilitate efficient insulation work Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing materials, tools, and waste disposal effectively Lead or assist in training team members on proper insulation techniques and safety procedures Collaborate with sales team & project managers to ensure seamless project progression Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is highly preferred but we will train selected individuals Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead or support as needed in a fast-paced environment preferred but we will train selected individuals Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship and innovation!
