Spray Foam Installation Technician

BEE is looking for an experienced Spray Foam Installation Technician to join our team of experienced professionals in installing closed cell spray foam and other insulation products and conducting air sealing and performance testing that improves the efficiency and comfort of residential homes. Carpentry and window installation experience is a plus.

You will:

Apply closed cell spray foam insulation in residential homes, ensuring quality and consistency. Complete air sealing work and blower door tests proving your performance through measurement. Assist with window installation projects as needed. Coordinate with project managers, homeowners, and construction teams to ensure proper insulation placement and compliance with specifications. Operate insulation equipment, hand tools, and other instillation machinery safely and efficiently. Prepare job sites by masking non-application areas, trim excess foam, complete touch-ups as needed and clean up job site once completed. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications and building codes. Maintain accurate records of material used and work performed. Model safe working practices and always abide by all safety policies and procedures. Must keep yourself, the working area, and service vehicles clean and organized; and present the best impression to the customer and public. Provide backup or help to other team members as needed or assigned. Compensation $30 to $35 per hour starting pay, depending on skill level and experience. Essential Requirements Experience in applying closed cell foam insulation in residential settings. Comfort working in challenging environments, such as attics and crawlspaces. Comfortable working at heights and on ladders. Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver tools and materials. Commitment to safety and keeping a clean, organized work area. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ideal Qualifications Knowledge of residential carpentry and window and door installation is a plus. A strong desire to build a career in the window and door installation industry. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
