Job Description
Insulation & Air Sealing Subcontractor 1-3 Residential Jobs Per Day | Consistent Volume | Long-Term Partnership LivSmart Home Services is seeking experienced BPI-qualified insulation and air sealing subcontractors to support our growing pipeline of residential energy-efficiency projects throughout North Carolina. We are looking for established contractors and crews capable of handling consistent volume, with a target of providing qualified partners approximately 1-3 jobs per day , based on territory, capacity, project availability, and performance. LivSmart provides the customers and project pipeline. We're looking for reliable partners who can execute the work professionally, meet program standards, provide required documentation, and stand behind their workmanship. Scope of Work Projects may include: Attic insulation Wall insulation Floor and foundation insulation Crawlspace insulation Air sealing Attic and crawlspace penetrations Top plate and building-envelope sealing Weatherstripping, caulking and spray-foam applications Duct sealing and insulation when included in project scope Vapor/moisture barrier work when required Other residential weatherization measures Insulation must be properly fitted, maintain its rated R-value, minimize gaps and compression, and remain continuous with the air barrier. All work must follow applicable manufacturer requirements, local building codes, and project specifications. What LivSmart Provides Target volume of 1-3 jobs per day Consistent residential project pipeline Customers provided by LivSmart Defined project scopes Centralized scheduling and administrative support Long-term opportunity as our North Carolina operations expand Opportunity to grow into additional territories based on performance and capacity Contractor Requirements Applicants should be able to provide: BPI qualification/certification Registered North Carolina business entity Applicable North Carolina contractor/trade licensing Certificate of Insurance Workers' compensation coverage or applicable exemption W-9 Letter/Certificate of Good Standing Required business and certification documentation Ability to complete required program training and onboarding Ability to comply with ongoing quality assurance requirements Established businesses with 2+ years of operating history are preferred.
