Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Mechanical Insulators to join our team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation systems for HVAC, piping, and industrial equipment. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
Install and replace insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other mechanical systems. Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific applications. Secure insulation using adhesives, fasteners, and other materials. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Experience in mechanical insulation or a related field (preferred but not required). Ability to use hand and power tools. Willingness to work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Physical ability to lift and carry materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
