Pyramid Contractors is looking for a dependable, hands-on Lead Insulation Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality work and is ready to help lead jobs and develop other crew members. You'll work alongside the crew while helping ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to Pyramid's quality standards. What You'll Do Install fiberglass batt, blown-in fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam and other insulation products Help lead and organize daily insulation projects Work alongside and provide direction to other installers Review job requirements and make sure materials and equipment are ready Maintain high standards for quality, safety and job-site cleanliness Help train less-experienced installers Communicate professionally with customers and project managers Safely operate insulation equipment, ladders, trailers and tools Help identify and resolve job-site issues What We're Looking For Insulation, roofing, HVAC, weatherization or residential construction experience Leadership experience is helpful, but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field Commitment to quality workmanship and safety Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to perform the physical requirements of construction and insulation work Don't have insulation experience but have strong construction experience?
