$200/day + tips + performance bonuses The Assemblers is expanding into the Henderson/Las Vegas area and is looking for reliable, hardworking installation technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in the assembly and installation of pergolas, gazebos, saunas, fitness equipment, outdoor structures, and other large products. What you'll do Assemble and install prefab structures and equipment Read, understand, and follow manufacturer installation instructions Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Drill into concrete, masonry, and other surfaces for mounting structures Perform wall mounting and anchoring when required Measure, level, align, and securely mount equipment and structures Work professionally in customers' homes and properties Keep job sites clean and organized Complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Work as part of a 2-person installation crew Compensation $200/day + 100% of customer tips + performance bonuses A typical day is expected to involve approximately 6 hours of installation work , with up to approximately 2 hours of driving , depending on the jobs scheduled. What we're looking for Installation, handyman, construction, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred Strong experience using hand and power tools Comfortable drilling into concrete/masonry for anchors and mounts Comfortable with wall mounting and structural anchoring Able to accurately read and follow detailed manufacturer instructions Able to measure, level, and properly align installations Reliable transportation Able to lift and move large components Professional and respectful with customers Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Experience with pergolas, gazebos, saunas, fitness equipment, or similar products is a major plus Tools & Equipment Applicants should have access to basic installation tools, including power drills/drivers and tools appropriate for concrete/masonry mounting.
