Residential waterproofer

Basic Overview New foundation waterproofing company seeking a hardworking individual to join our team. You will be tasked with applying waterproofing membrane (tar) and insulation to foundations. We are in the business of waterproofing new foundations, not existing homes. Basic Responsibilities Spraying basement foundations with waterproofing materials using hydraulic pumps. Installing Insulation materials to foundations. Typically either 4x4 or 7x4 fiberglass sheets that are pressed against the foundation and then manually nailed in place. Follow verbal instructions Work as a team to complete tasks And projects.

Basic Requirements Attendance:

Crew members must be able to be to work timely and consistently. Monday-Fridaywork week. Work typically begins at 7:00am-until jobs are completed. Typically 40-50hrs per week. Year round work.

Location:

Crew members will report to our shop in Delta, OH.

Outdoors:

Crew members work outdoors in many different types of weather. (Hot/Cold) Able to lift 50+ lbs. Able to navigate construction sites safely. Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members. Drug free workplace - Due to the nature of construction, being under the influence of drugs/alcohol at work is not permitted. Able to obtain DOT physical card. Able to drive box and straight trucks greater than 20' Must have clean driving record. Able to climb in and out of ditches. Experience with Concrete, working outdoors, driving trucks, driving forklifts, using hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, T-squares, utility knives all a plus, but not necessarily necessary. This trade is best suited for the candidate who Takes pride in his workmanship. This is an entry level position, so not knowing the trade is expected. We just require a willingness to learn from the candidate; if you have that we can teach you anything.
