You'll oversee the crew, ensure safety standards are met, and manage the technical execution of insulation and air-sealing projects.

Ideal for:

Experienced insulation pros, or tradesmen from HVAC, Plumbing, or Carpentry ready for leadership.

Preferred:

BPI (Building Performance Institute) Certification is a major plus.

Responsibilities:

Project management, crew supervision, and quality control. 2. Field Technician You are the engine of the team. You'll be in the trenches (and attics/crawlspaces) performing the actual air sealing and insulation work.
