Who You Are We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Insulation technician to oversee insulation projects in residential settings. This role combines hands-on installation work ensuring that insulation jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Essential Job Functions Work as a team to complete residential insulation jobs Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Ensure proper installation of various insulation types (e.g., spray foam) Conduct site inspections to assess material needs and job readiness. Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Communicate with homeowners, customer service, and dispatchers Track project progress and report daily updates. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide on-the-spot solutions. Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience of residential insulation Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools High School Diploma or GED Clean driving record Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language Preferred Qualifications Service Titan experience Sales experience Compensation & Hours $17.00•$25.00

DOE Hours:

7:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs)
