We're hiring dependable, hands-on team members who want to learn a specialized trade.
Responsibilities:
This is NOT a traditional HVAC install position. If you're only interested in installing equipment, this role will not be a fit. We focus on ductwork, insulation, and home performance. Building Science knowledge or training Replace attic ductwork Blow insulation and perform air sealing Assist team members with installation work Assist with air leakage testing Work in attics and use hand/power tools Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck Respect and protect customers home while performing work Communicate professionally and courteously with customers Remain safety-conscious on job sites and while driving Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Positive attitude and very strong work ethic Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude and interest in creating a better environment for the customer Clean, professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to quality workmanship Handyman or construction skills (doors, trim, sheetrock, etc.) Quick learner with a strong work ethic Ability and willingness to learn and accept coaching Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding of basic inventory, logistics, and tool management Ambition to grow with the company
Pay:
Up to $25.00 per hour
