You will have a direct impact on community health by revitalizing damaged attics and crawlspaces using modern remediation tools. How You Will Make an Impact Inspect structural perimeters thoroughly to isolate active wildlife entry points and nesting hazards. Deploy specialized humane exclusion devices and mechanical traps precisely in accordance with safety rules. Restore damaged attic and crawlspace environments through careful insulation extraction and sanitization routines. Execute detailed exterior carpentry repairs to seal structural gaps against future animal intrusions. Counsel anxious homeowners clearly regarding wildlife behavior, exclusion layouts, and preventative maintenance steps. Document completed repair metrics and chemical applications accurately using integrated company service software. Required Qualifications & Experience Genuine comfort working productively within tight crawlspaces, elevated attics, and high rooftop pitches. Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and navigate ladders reaching up to forty feet safely. Strong personal accountability paired with a history of punctual daily route attendance. Clear verbal communication skills suitable for delivering professional client updates in the field. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 2 years of active experience within carpentry, insulation replacement, or wildlife management trades. High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Familiarity utilizing digital communication platforms like Slack to update field managers on project statuses.
