Generate accurate spool drawings and prefab deliverables. Use Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes with other trades. Lead or participate in weekly coordination meetings with GC and other trades. Interpret construction documents, submittals, and specifications to ensure model accuracy. Collaborate with field foremen and project managers to verify constructability. Maintain clean, organized models that follow internal VDC standards. Track and communicate modeling progress and clash status with the VDC Manager.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Revit with 2+ years of mechanical or plumbing modeling experience. Experience using SysQue, eVolveMEP, or Fabrication Parts for detailing and spooling. Hands-on experience with spool sheet generation and hanger layout. Familiarity with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination. Comfortable running or supporting coordination meetings. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Working knowledge of MEP systems and general construction processes. ground in the mechanical or plumbing trades. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360. Experience creating point files or supporting field layout workflows. Exposure to Virginia or Mid-Atlantic construction projects.
