Position Overview:

As a Insulation Installer/Technician, you will be an essential part of our installation team, working on residential projects. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and assist in the installation of insulation materials and other energy saving products, while adhering to safety standards and best practices in energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of insulation and other energy saving products Prepare and maintain job sites, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient projects completion Maintain positive rapport with customers Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry practices

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, insulation or similar work is required. Strong physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment Valid driver's license Clean driving record
