Job Description
We are hiring a reliable technician for attic and crawlspace cleaning, insulation removal/installation, and moisture remediation work. This is hands-on, physical work in confined spaces. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Responsibilities Remove and dispose of old insulation, debris, and vapor barriers Install insulation, vapor barriers, and basic duct repairs Perform air sealing, deodorizing, and sanitizing treatments Set up and monitor fans and dehumidifiers Follow safety procedures and job-site checklists Take direction from crew lead and work efficiently as a team Requirements Comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces Reliable transportation and punctual Basic hand tool experience Willing to learn and follow procedures Valid driver's license preferred Nice to Have Crawlspace, attic, insulation, or construction experience Mold remediation or restoration experience Ability to grow into a crew lead role What We Offer Consistent work On-the-job training Advancement opportunities Performance-based raises Professional, growing company
